As a nurse and caregiver I have done a lot of bending and lifting, not always correctly. I’ve experienced back pain from this. My mother had chiropractic care and it helped her, so I decided it was time to do the same for myself. I have handled any back pain. I have more range of motion in my neck, and it has helped my sinuses tremendously. I take a lot less medication for the pain and pressure. ~Patty P.
Back/neck pain
I started chiropractic care because my back and neck were always hurting and I was getting bad migraines. I was miserable. After starting chiropractic care I feel great. My headaches aren’t as often and the tension in my whole body has been removed.

Back pain/migraines/allergies
I have known of the importance of chiropractic but was unable to find one who I felt worked for me and with me. Back pain, migraines, and allergies was what initially led me to find chiropractic again. Now my quality of life has improved—no pain! I also feel I am taking an active role in my own health and well-being. ~Christina D.
Severe back pain
I was experiencing severe back pain and could not stand or walk for long. I had been recovering from shoulder surgery and the preceding injury was causing neck, head, and shoulder pain.
I have no back pain and have been able to resume all previous activities. My head, neck, and shoulder pain are gone.
Anyone who has considered chiropractic treatment but are still unsure should not wait. It will help change your outlook on life and the way you feel.

Back pain/low energy
When I first started the program I had terrible back pain and had a lot of trouble focusing on work, and felt sluggish.
My back is much better. I am able to walk for some distance and in general I feel much healthier. I started on the supplements and slept better and am able to focus completely. I’m at my desk for as much as 10 hours a day without any problem.
I am very appreciative of what the staff has done for me. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning because I had so many treatments at U of M without success. I stayed with the program and am really glad I did.
